Who we are

Elaine Ungaro is an experienced lawyer specialized in international law in Brazil and a sole practioner Paralegal and Notary Public in Ontario. Her educational background includes graduating with Honours from the Algonquin College Law Clerk Intensive Program and achieving an impressive GPA of 3.87 from the St. Clair College Paralegal Program. She is the secretary-general of ABA - Associação Brasileira de Advogados - Canada, and member of the Ontario Paralegal Association.

As an immigrant herself, Elaine intimately understands the challenges and opportunities that newcomers face in Canada. Her passion lies in assisting individuals to seamlessly integrate into this amazing community, providing them with the support and guidance needed to navigate the complexities of the legal system in Ontario, Canada.

 

Who we are

Marina Ehlke is an experienced lawyer, with over a decade of qualified experience in Brazil and Portugal, currently residing in Ireland. She is dedicating herself to a Master's degree in Administrative Law at the University of Minho in Portugal and has a postgraduate degree in Administrative Law from the Luiz Flavio Gomes Institute. She is member of the Italian Citizenship Commission of ABA - Associação Brasileira de Advogados.

As an immigrant, Marina has been living in Europe since 20119, which makes her particularly sensitive to the needs and challenges faced by those who move to another country. Her consultations are conducted in Portuguese, Spanish, or English, ensuring that she can assist a variety of clients from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
